Bundle Welcomes The Next Phase of Its Exciting Journey

Just a little over a year ago, we started this incredible journey to drive the adoption of digital currency and aid financial freedom in Africa — and what a year it has been! We have achieved our goals several times over and are set to take on the next phase of our journey.

We would like to announce that today, Yele Bademosi will be stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer. While we look for a new CEO to continue to lead Bundle to the next stage of its growth, Emmanuel Babalola, the current director of Binance Africa, will be taking over as interim CEO.

Under the leadership of Yele, we have grown to become one of the bedrocks of cryptocurrency in Africa. With over 350,000 bundlers and as high as $56 Million in monthly transactions, it has been a rewarding year.

The company is immensely grateful to Yele for his relentless dedication to Bundle since its inception. He will be greatly missed but we are certain he will have a tremendous and exciting new adventure soon. We wish Yele all the best in his future endeavours and we are excited to bring on board our new CEO as we welcome the new phase of our journey.

“I would like to thank Yele for his contributions in building Bundle from the ground up and I am super honoured to lead the company as it writes the next exciting chapter and continues in its expansion journey”, said Emmanuel Babalola.
